½ CUP BROWN SUGAR
¾ CUP ROLLED OATS
1.5 TBSP BUTTER
PINCH OF SALT
½ CUP WHITE SUGAR
2 TSP CINNAMON
2 TBSP BOURBON

PREHEAT OVEN BROTHERS WOOD-FIRED OUTDOOR OVEN TO 350F

GREASE A 6.5 INCH CAST IRON SKILLET WITH BUTTER

CHOP APPLES INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES

TOSS THE APPLES WITH THE WHITE SUGAR AND CINNAMON

POUR THE APPLE MIXTURE INTO THE SKILLET

IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, ROLLED OATS, BUTTER
AND SALT WITH THE BACK OF A FORK.

SPOON THE MIXTURE OVER THE APPLES

BAKE FOR 30-35 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE APPLES ARE TENDER AND THE TOP IS GOLDEN

REMOVE FROM THE OVEN, LET STAND A FEW MINUTES, THEN SERVE WITH ICE CREAM.
