2 TBSP WHITE SUGAR
2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SALT
¼ TSP EACH OREGANO, THYME & DILL
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
355ml BEER (your favorite craft variety)

Directions

ADD WOOD AND GET YOUR OVEN BROTHERS OVEN UP TO 375F

PUT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL AND MIX TO COMBINE

ADD BEER (THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF BEER CAN CHANGE THE TASTE A BIT – FOR EXAMPLE, AN IPA WILL TASTE DIFFERENT THAN A BLONDE)

STIR EVERYTHING TOGETHER WITH A WOODEN SPOON UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMBINED

EMPTY THE DOUGH INTO A LOAF PAN AND SMOOTH THE TOP TO MAKE IT EVEN

BAKE FOR 45-50 MINUTES

REMOVE AND LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES, THEN REMOVE FROM PAN AND LET COOL ON A WIRE RACK

CAN BE SERVED WITH MELTED BUTTER ON TOP.
