Oven Brothers Meatballs
Ingredients

2/3 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup of water
1 egg
1 clove of garlic – minced
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 pound of medium ground beef
1/2 pound of ground pork
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of fresh-cut Italian (flat) parsley

Directions

Pre-heat your wood-fired oven and raise the temp up to approximately 375-400F

In a medium mixing bowl combine water and bread crumbs. Let stand until crumbs have absorbed water. Beat egg in; add garlic, salt & pepper. Add beef, pork, Parmesan cheese and parsley and mix until combined.

Make meatballs approximately 1” in size.

Cook on a baking sheet covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray for 30 minutes turning the meatballs halfway through. Confirm the internal temperature with an instant reading thermometer at 160F.
