INGREDIENTS

• 1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix
• 2 cups (500ml) sour cream
• 1 block (250g) of cream cheese
• 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (or another favorite)
• 1 block (300g) of frozen chopped spinach, cooked, warm, and squeezed dry
• 1 bag of Tostitos

PREPARATION 

1. Combine Knorr vegetable mix with sour cream, cream cheese, & chill for one hour
2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the warm chopped spinach with the sour cream/cream cheese Knorr mixture, and shredded cheese 
3. Spoon mixture into your favorite cast iron pan and place directly into your Oven Brothers wood-fired oven @ 375 degrees for 15 minutes 
4. Remove using oven gloves and let stand for 5 minutes before indulging
